Please find in the link a copy of the TalkItOut Therapy Client Agreement that I spoke about during our telephone conversation.
Please print this off and bring it with you to your first session as agreed, and we will go through it.
At this point you’ll be asked to sign it, but all of it’s content will be explained to you during our first session – which should take about 10 / 15 minutes and we will only need to do this once.
If you’re not able to print it and bring it just let me know and I’ll bring a copy which you can sign during our first session.
